What separates EFN nutrition coaching from a generic meal plan
Most nutrition advice falls into one of two traps: it's either too restrictive to maintain, or too vague to produce results. Strict meal plans work until life happens, a dinner out, a work trip, a week where you can't eat the same chicken and rice. Vague "eat more vegetables" guidance doesn't give your body the specific inputs it needs to change.
EFN nutrition coaching takes a third approach. We set macro and caloric targets based on your actual body composition, activity level, and the specific result you're working toward. Then we build those targets around the foods you already eat and enjoy, not a template we've handed to fifty other people.
The plan changes every week or month (depending on your plan) based on what your body actually did, not what we assumed it would do. A week where you didn't hit your targets is data, not failure. A week where your weight stalled despite hitting targets tells us something specific about your metabolism. Every check-in makes the next plan more accurate.

Onboarding assessment
You complete an in-depth form covering your current eating habits, food preferences, dietary restrictions, lifestyle, and goal. This is the raw data for your plan.
Targets set by your coach
Your accredited nutritionist calculates your caloric targets and macro split based on your body composition data and the rate of change we're aiming for.
Your plan lands in the app
Macro targets, recipes, and a food tracking setup are ready in the EFN app. You start implementing from day one.
Weekly or monthly review
Your check-in data, weight trends, energy, adherence, informs the next adjustment. The plan evolves with you.

Yes. Our nutrition programs are built and reviewed by accredited nutritionists who also hold exercise science and personal training qualifications, so they understand how nutrition interacts with training. You're not getting generic advice from a fitness influencer.
We build your nutrition plan around your preferences, whether you're vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or simply hate certain foods. Your targets and food choices are set based on what you actually eat, not a generic template.
Gold plan clients receive weekly nutrition adjustments. Silver plan clients receive monthly updates. In both cases, changes are driven by your actual results, weight trends, energy, and check-in feedback, not a predetermined schedule.
No. We set macro and caloric targets, not a list of meals you must eat. You choose what you eat to hit your numbers. This is more flexible, more sustainable, and doesn't require you to eat the same things every day.
Tracking is the most reliable way to hit your targets, and we'll show you how to make it as frictionless as possible. That said, we work with your level of willingness to track, some clients use looser guidelines successfully, especially once they've calibrated their eye for portion sizes.
